BSP: aftermarket intercooler allowed? (STI)

After reading the rules, I'm not clear on the substitution of an aftermarket intercooler for the OEM unit.

In SP there is a 4pt for a turbo charger system(which includes the intercooler and turbo plumbing)

under (12.5 Engine and Drive Train), there are few areas that I could see an intercooler fitting into and taking 2pts.

I would just want to clarify.
